Alfred Ball

Alfred has been a Practicing Kinesiologist for over 17 years. He grew up in an entrepreneurial family. He founded Lifemoves Health and Rehabilitation in 2007 because he felt there was a need for more health and fitness opportunities for people with disabilities and chronic diseases. If he isn't working with clients you can find him trying to get in a run, writing, learning about photography and videography or being a father and husband.
