Notice of Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance

This is a notification that Wagepoint will be offline from 12:15 AM - 8:00 AM EST Saturday, March 11 for scheduled maintenance and system upgrades. This is a planned and temporary outage, which will also affect our Track and Luna applications.

During this time, the app(s) will be offline and you will not be able to login to process payroll, view reports, have employees clock in or out using Track or record time off on Luna. Once the scheduled maintenance is completed, you will be able to login and access Wagepoint and our other apps as usual.

Any time that was not recorded or requests that were not received during the Track or Luna outage may be retroactively applied by the payroll/system administrator.

Additionally, please be aware that that our Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign) electronic signature services in Canada and the US will be offline beginning 8:00 PM EST Saturday, March 11 and will be back online at 4:00 AM EST Sunday, March 12. During this time, you will not be able to electronically sign any documents in Wagepoint.
